Where does sitting take place?

At the clients home, to keep pets as comfortable as possible and in their normal routine to avoid added stress. While dog sitting I will check 1-2 times during the day before coming back to stay for the night. While cat sitting I will not make any stops in the middle of the day unless the client has asked and an additional price is set.

What is included in the sit?

Everything needed for daily care is included

How do I book a sit?

Reach out to me, providing the dates you're looking for a sitter, the number of pets you have, and where your located. I will then respond with my availability, and we will set up a time to meet. I must meet all new clients before the sit to go over care and make sure I am a good fit for what you need. For new clients, a deposit must be collected at the meet and greet.

What is the best way to contact you?

For new clients, I am best reached via text at (608) 320-7155 or Facebook messenger. If you wish to call please leave a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as I can via call or text.

What kind of payment is accepted?

I accept cash or check. Payment can be payed ahead of time or left at your home for me to collect. Checks will be deposited at the end of the sit.

***Venmo or any other electronic payment method will not be accepted as of January 2024! ***

Will I get updates about my pets while I'm away?

If you'd like I can send you a few updates while you're away. If you don't need updates along the way, an overview of stays will be left or sent to you at the end of the stay.

Will I be paying more if I have 3+ pets?

My rate increases after 2 pets, or if you are over 25 minutes from me. You can reach out to get a rate.

Do you have references? 

References can be provided if requested.

Cancellation Policy

New clients must put a FULL deposit down when you book the sit. Cash or check accepted, Venmo will not be accepted in 2024.

Cancellations made 3 weeks or more prior to the booking will receive their full deposit back. 

Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the booking will receive 50% of their deposit back

Cancellations made 1 week or less prior to the booking will not get their deposit back.

If you book last minute (less than 2 weeks prior to the sit), the cancellation policy is exempt.
